I m getting ready to order sinks faucets etc. And am wondering what size prep sinks people have found most useful. The sink usually has a prep surface built in which can help expand your counter space and protect your counter surfaces by giving an alternate place to prep food. A single bowl sink with an offset drain requires a shallower bowl due to the fact that all of the work will be done in the bottom of the sink instead of half in and half out like a cookie sheet would be washed in a double bowl sink.
