Postform laminate countertops are made with a pre formed backsplash and edges so that the laminate can be rolled over to create a single directional seamless piece of laminate. For the postforming process a sheet of laminate is heated to soften the resins in the material letting the laminate bend more. The backsplash is curved to form a one piece no seam option. Once the laminate has been shaped and cut it is time to make sure the substrate accepts the laminates easily.
